meditate & CHILL

This session will focus on breath, mindset, and movement, as we highlight how the breathing influences your nervous system and practice techniques. Here we will explore the ways that pranayama practices, or yoga breathing influences you mind and body. Following each session we will transition into an insight meditation. This class is suitable for all levels of experience. (60 minutes)

slow flow

This session is low-intensity and encourages releasing tension, and connecting with the breath. Poses in this class focus on gentle stretching, balance, and strengthening. Slow Flow is great for student with no previous yoga experience as well as continuing students who wish to approach the fundamentals of practice in a slower manner. This class is suitable for all levels. (60 minutes)

vinyasa & VIBE

This sweaty class will challenge you physically and leave you feeling lighter while you breathe, move, and flow. Here you will be lead through a dynamic sequence, then be set free to explore the poses on your own. Allow your breath to guide you and immerse yourself in this energetic experience. Some experience with yoga is helpful. (60 minutes)
